Roger is a leadership specialist working with leaders and organisations using his PRIZE Winning Leadership model to help them understand how to inspire their teams to deliver the outcomes and make the difference their organisation set out to achieve.
Roger is a Fellow of the PSA and the Institute of Leadership and Management and the author of several books, including “PRIZE Winning Leadership”. His focus is to help difference makers make a sustainable, measurable, worthwhile difference.
Outside of work, music is his passion, whether in a band playing the bass guitar or playing the violin at various events.
