His consultancy, Exponentially Me, born out of a desire to help people grow, approaches leadership as a perspective shift that allows his clients to find unique solutions to improve performance, resiliency and increase impact. Their exceptional results year on year testify to his dedication to bringing the best in people to the fore.
As a self-confessed geek, he loves the intersection of psychology, technology and speaking so much that he initiated the biannual conference, the Innovation in Speaking Summit, in Amsterdam.
